This Policy explains the different forms of giving and how contributions are intended to be administered.
Individuals, members, ministries, businesses and organisations may contribute financially to support the work of Loveworld Consulate Limited.
Contributions may support Website operations, ministry communications, community outreach, advocacy, training, events and other approved Company activities.
Unless a contribution is expressly restricted to an agreed purpose, the Company may allocate it to its lawful activities and operating needs.
Where this facility is offered, a donor may ask Loveworld Consulate Limited to distribute a contribution to an approved individual, ministry, organisation or initiative on the donor's behalf.
Before accepting such a contribution, the Company will explain its role, the intended recipient, applicable conditions, charges and what happens if distribution cannot be completed.
The Company will not operate arrangements involving regulated payment services unless an appropriate lawful structure is in place.
Contributors may be offered the opportunity to support a specified programme or project.
The Company will explain whether the contribution is restricted to that purpose or may be reallocated under disclosed conditions.
Where a designated purpose cannot be fulfilled, the Company will handle the contribution according to the agreed terms and applicable law.
Individuals and organisations may sponsor approved Consulate programmes, events and activities.
Where sponsorship provides advertising, branding, promotional recognition or other commercial benefits, the relevant benefits, fees and conditions will be documented.
Commercial sponsorship is distinct from a voluntary gift without contractual benefits.
Where supported, contributions may be made using Stripe card payments or Espees.
Espees wallets are held on the Espees service.
Applicable charges and payment instructions will be disclosed before payment.
The Company will maintain appropriate financial and administrative records of contributions received and amounts distributed.
Any applicable administrative deductions or charges will be disclosed.
Donor information will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Voluntary contributions are not ordinarily refundable solely because a donor changes their mind, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Mistaken payments, duplicate payments, failed designated contributions and other errors will be assessed fairly and according to applicable law.
Requests may be submitted to Unitedkingdom@loveworldconsulate.org.
Loveworld Consulate Limited is a registered limited company and has not been identified in this Policy as a registered charity.
