Safeguarding
The safety and wellbeing of children and vulnerable adults is at the heart of everything we do. This page explains our commitment and how to report a concern.
Protecting the most vulnerable
LoveWorld Consulate United Kingdom is committed to creating a safe environment for all members, with particular care for children and adults at risk. Safeguarding is built into every part of the portal — from identity verification and the Trust Network to how we handle reports and escalation. We do not tolerate abuse, grooming, exploitation or harm of any kind.
Dedicated contact
Our Safeguarding Lead is the first point of contact for any safeguarding concern. They are trained to respond appropriately and to escalate to statutory agencies where necessary.
If you are worried about someone
If you believe a child or vulnerable adult is in immediate danger, call 999 now. For non-emergency concerns, you can:
- Contact our Safeguarding Lead using the details above.
- Contact the relevant local authority children's or adults' social care team.
- Contact the police on 101 for non-emergencies.
Keeping Children Safe in Education
Where the portal is used in connection with activities involving children, we follow the principles of Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE). This includes appropriate vetting, training and referral procedures. All staff and volunteers with access to children undergo the checks required by KCSIE and work to its guidance on identifying and responding to concerns.
Our duties as an online service
Under the Online Safety Act 2023, we have duties to protect users — especially children — from illegal content and harm online. We fulfil these duties through identity verification, content moderation, reporting mechanisms and swift action against harmful content or behaviour. We cooperate fully with Ofcom and law enforcement where required.
