Yes. Community is free and permanent. Upgrade from My Digital Consul at any time; your citizen number and history carry over.
You can view everything: KingSwap, jobs and training, events, forums, the shop and local services. You can also find a church, read today's Rhapsody of Realities and Healing School magazines, and buy Espees. To post, apply, message, list something or use KingSwap, upgrade to Consul Plus.
A ministry, not an individual: a ministry in ISM, Rhapsody of Realities, Healing School, TNI, RIM, REON or another LoveWorld network. Someone from the ministry applies on its behalf and verifies their identity, the citizenship office checks the ministry, and the plan and card carry the ministry's name. It has the same benefits and price as Consul Plus, and the plan starts when you pay. A partnering ministry needs its own account, separate from anyone's personal Consul Plus plan.
From My Digital Consul, Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
Founding Citizen is a limited launch status rather than a permanent additional tier.
