These terms govern your use of the LoveWorld Consulate UK portal and your membership. By registering, you agree to be bound by them.
Your membership agreement
Membership of LoveWorld Consulate United Kingdom is open to LoveWorld citizens and approved applicants. Community membership is free; paid tiers (Consul Plus, Consul Plus Family, Consul Next, Business and Espees Merchant) provide additional services. Belonging to the LoveWorld community is not and will never be sold — paid tiers cover the cost of delivering additional value, not membership itself.
How you may use the portal
- Provide accurate, truthful information in your membership application and profile.
- Respect other members, merchants and staff in all interactions on the portal.
- Do not use the portal for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
- Do not attempt to access data or areas you are not authorised to access.
- Do not misuse the Trust Network to harass, solicit or mislead other members.
- Do not reproduce, scrape or redistribute portal content without permission.
Your consumer rights
Paid membership services are provided with reasonable care and skill. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content and services must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a paid service does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a remedy including a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Subscription transparency
In compliance with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, we provide clear, upfront information about any subscription or recurring payment before you commit. This includes the price, billing frequency, what is included, how to cancel and your cooling-off rights. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Cancellations and refunds
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the start of any paid membership during which you may cancel for a full refund. After the cooling-off period, fees are non-refundable except where a service has not been delivered as described or where required by law. To request a refund, contact us through the contact page.
Limits of our responsibility
LoveWorld Consulate United Kingdom provides the portal on a reasonable-efforts basis. We are not liable for: the conduct of individual members, merchants or employers; the accuracy of third-party offers or listings; or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the portal. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding any claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (for example, personal injury caused by our negligence).
Updates and amendments
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify members of material changes by email and through the portal. Continued use of the portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
