The process
Verify your membership
You must be a verified member with a completed profile. Identity verification is required before we can act as a referee.
Submit a referee request
Contact us with the details of the organisation requesting the reference, the purpose, and any forms they have provided.
We review and respond
Our team confirms your membership status and community standing. We respond directly to the requesting organisation within 5 working days.
What we can confirm
- Membership status and tier
- Identity verification status
- Length of membership
- Community standing (no safeguarding concerns)
- Business verification status (if applicable)
What we cannot confirm
- Financial details or income
- Employment history outside the portal
- Personal character references beyond community standing
- Academic qualifications
