Loveworld Consulate Limited. Version 1.0.
This Policy explains the arrangements for cancellations, returns and refunds relating to products offered through https://uk.loveworldconsulate.org.
The Website supports goods sold directly by Loveworld Consulate Limited, goods sold by independent marketplace merchants and free items.
The applicable rights and responsibilities depend on the identity and trading status of the seller, the type of transaction and applicable UK law.
Nothing in this Policy excludes statutory consumer rights.
Loveworld Consulate Limited offers a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind returns policy for eligible goods sold directly by the Company.
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their goods.
For returns under this additional voluntary policy, goods must be unused, in their original condition and, where supplied, in their original packaging.
The Company will pay reasonable return postage for returns accepted under this policy.
Customers should contact Unitedkingdom@loveworldconsulate.org to arrange a return.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply to an online purchase, customers may cancel within the legally prescribed period, normally 14 days after receiving goods.
Customers must return goods within the applicable statutory period after notifying the Company of cancellation.
Statutory refunds will be processed within the applicable legal time limits and will include the original standard delivery charge where required by law.
Any lawful deduction for diminished value will be assessed under applicable consumer legislation.
The voluntary original-packaging requirement does not restrict statutory cancellation rights.
Some categories of goods may be subject to lawful cancellation exceptions, which will be explained before purchase where applicable.
If goods are faulty, defective, misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements, customers retain their statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The Company's 30-day voluntary returns conditions do not restrict these rights.
Customers do not need to return faulty goods in their original packaging to exercise applicable statutory remedies.
The Company will meet return costs where required by law.
Where an independent merchant sells goods through the Consulate marketplace, the contractual seller will be identified before purchase.
A card payment may be taken directly on the seller's Stripe account, in which case any refund comes from that account. Loveworld Consulate Limited administers other payments through its marketplace checkout, and helps with refunds on all of them, subject to its disclosed contractual role and applicable law.
The relevant seller remains responsible for obligations allocated to them by the sales agreement and law.
Customers may contact the Company for assistance with marketplace payment and refund enquiries.
Buyers and sellers may arrange purchases and payments directly outside the Website.
For independent off-platform transactions, the buyer and seller are ordinarily responsible for their own payment, delivery, cancellation and refund arrangements.
On KingSwap, members deal with each other peer to peer and may agree their own payment, such as PayPal or bank transfer. These payments do not pass through the Company.
The Company does not ordinarily administer refunds for transactions that were not processed through its checkout.
This does not exclude any responsibility imposed on the Company by law or arising from its own conduct.
Members may offer free items.
The Company does not provide a general voluntary change-of-mind returns service for genuine private free transfers.
Members must describe items honestly and disclose known material defects.
Complaints about materially misdescribed items may be reported to the Company.
Any legal remedies depend on the nature of the transaction and the parties involved. Statutory rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
Goods sold directly by Loveworld Consulate Limited are shipped within the United Kingdom only.
Buyers pay the shipping charges disclosed before purchase.
Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times will be provided before checkout.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, original delivery-charge refunds will be handled according to applicable law.
Refunds may relate to payments made through Stripe or Espees.
Where practicable and legally appropriate, refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Where an Espees-funded transaction is refunded, the applicable refund method, valuation and any conversion arrangements must be explained before purchase.
Espees wallets are held on the Espees service.
Customers may report misleading listings, suspected fraud or seller misconduct.
The Company may investigate complaints and apply its merchant enforcement procedures.
Two upheld seller strikes may result in removal of selling privileges.
Serious fraud or dangerous goods may justify immediate suspension.
Marketplace enforcement is separate from any statutory refund or consumer remedy.
Returns, cancellation and refund enquiries should be sent to:
Unitedkingdom@loveworldconsulate.org
Customers should include their order reference and relevant details.
This Policy will be reviewed periodically and updated where necessary to reflect changes in law or Website services.
